"Performance in clubs has become more and more popular, but rarely does it
go beyond a side show. With Flux Capacitor we are working to create a new
experience, one that takes the audience beyond the formula of standard dance
parties, and brings back the awe and adventure of the original raves where
people came to explore something new and be an active part of the experiment,"
explains Jodi Lomask, Artistic Director of Capacitor.
"Collaborating with cool people to produce emotionally meaningful dance-focused
events has always been the major motivation for my involvement as a DJ and
organizer of dance parties. Working with Capacitor on this project is a great
opportunity to meet engaged, creative people and to further evolve participatory
dance-based events," says Ethan Miller, founder
